A spray deck is important for safety and comfort of the kayak enthusiast. It keeps the cockpit dry and warm. The result is, reduced heat loss and comfort in our cold European waters.
It is absolutely crucial for white water and sea kayaking to prevent the boat from flooding in rough waters. A good spray deck needs to be reliable. It should not come off to easily in rough conditions; however, it needs to be easy to remove in case of capsizing or flooding.
Our spray decks are designed to perform well in extreme and normal conditions. They are made from neoprene, which is the preferred choice for kayaking professionals. They are tough but flexible and are equipped with a strap to easily remove the spray deck in case of need for a quick exit.
